About the event
This free online event will last around an hour and will start with a quick chat about how mindfulness and meditation can help and support through menopause. Then we'll do a guided meditation focused on giving compassion to our bodies as they go through peri-menopause, learning how to be kinder to ourselves and to help us look at our bodies with a bit more love.
This event is also available to participants who want to feel compassion for their bodies but are not experiencing peri-menopause - all bopdies are welcome.
No previous meditation experience is necessary - beginners welcome!
It's going to be a lovely, relaxed way to spend some 'me time', so whether youre new to meditation or have a regular practice, it'll be great to see you.
