As well as offering Wellbeing in the Workplace programmes, to support employees in overcoming stress, anxiety, and burnout, I’m also an advocate for supporting women at work as they transition through perimenopause and menopause. I offer individual sessions, workshops or in-house training with expertise, empathy, and a commitment to holistic health.
