About the Course
The Day Retreat empowers you with techniques to attune to your body and mind, incorporating breathwork, physical awareness, and self-compassion. Whether you're new to mindfulness, or have years of experience, I will guide you through key mindfulness practices and techniques within the shared context of menopause. I provide a safe space for women to connect, reflect, learn, and feel empowered through mindfulness practices centered around using the breath, deep relaxation, bringing kindness to the body, and cultivating self-compassion.
