About the Course
Based on the methodology and principles of the scientifically-proven MBSR and MBCT programmes, the Mindfulness Now course is delivered with a clinical and therapeutic approach, which can be adapted to accommodate different needs.
The course includes guided meditations, insightful discussion, mindful exercises, deep relaxation and gentle mindful movement. It runs over 8 weeks for 2 hours per week, plus around 20-30 minutes daily home practice.
