About the Course

Based on the methodology and principles of the scientifically-proven MBSR and MBCT programmes, the Mindfulness Now course is delivered with a clinical and therapeutic approach, which can be adapted to accommodate different needs. 

 

The course includes guided meditations, insightful discussion, mindful exercises, deep relaxation and gentle mindful movement. It runs over 8 weeks for 2 hours per week, plus around 20-30 minutes daily home practice.  


What you'll learn:

  • Various mindfulness practices for present moment awareness

  • Understanding the mind-body connection for stress regulation

  • Identifying and addressing worry patterns

  • Cultivating self-acceptance and non-judgment

  • Enhancing communication, connections, and relationships through mindfulness

  • Developing self-care tools for calm, peace, and resilience

Course highlights:

  • 8-week program, 2 hours weekly, plus 20 - 30 minutes daily home practice

  • Live online or in-person sessions, including a 1 day retreat

  • Weekly drop-in group meditation sessions

  • Course materials provided: workbook, mindfulness journal, and guided meditations

  • Ongoing support from your teacher, including outside course hours
